Hello! My name is Brooke, and I am a licensed professional counselor with over 10 years in the field. I specialize in working with trauma- sexual, emotional and physical, as well as relationships issues, co-dependency, adjustment struggles, depression, anxiety, college mental health considerations and compassion fatigue. I work best with highly motivated individuals who are down to get to work on presenting issues, and approach all therapeutic relationships from the perspective of collaboration and transparency. It's my passion in life to create and hold space for healing, and provide the necessary tools for healing.

I specialize in trauma, and view most issues through this lens. I love working with adjustment based struggles; college aged stressors, co-dependency, Narcisstic abuse recovery and grief.

Therapy has been such an integral part of my growth experience, and I love to share this with others. I want nothing more than to support and collaboratively work with an individual through their toughest moments, and encourage the belief that healing is real and achievable.
